At Hawk, we understand the importance of protecting our customers' personal data and comply with the provisions under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

As a service provider under the CCPA, we process data strictly on our customers’ behalf. We collect, use and transfer personal data only as necessary to fulfil our contractual obligations with our customers and not for other commercial purposes, except to improve the services we provide. In addition, we have implemented reasonable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the personal information to protect personal data from unauthorized or unlawful access, destruction, use, modification or disclosure. As a service provider, we cooperate in responding to verifiable consumer requests. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.
